Drive your desire is a vehicle finance company that can offer exclusive competitive finance deals on all major brands. Such vehicle finance deals change on a daily basis and due to the regulations controlling all Financial Advisors it was key requirement that the client should be able to manage / update all aspects of the website in-house.
AIS were commissioned by to produce a website that would enable members of staff within the company to upload vehicle finance deals as they became available and rotate them on a regular basis.
Using a design provided to us by the client we developed a database driven website written in PHP coupled with a simple content management interface that allows staff members to input and manage vehicle offers displayed within the website. We then provided comprehensive consultancy in the area of Pay Per Click marketing helping them to put together keyword advertising campaigns in Google AdWords and Yahoo. To start with, AIS analysed all the products and services offered by our client and prepared a full list of keywords that could be used by their potential customers when searching the internet. As part of this process AIS carried out market research to establish how many times a month each of these phrases are used and more importantly the potential cost of using these phrases in a Pay Per Click campaign. Finally, having chosen the phrases for the marketing campaign based on our Return On Investment model, we set up both campaigns and gave the clients training in how to manage the marketing on a day to day basis.
In addition to all this the system includes a full web traffic / statistical analysis tool and other administrative tools that help manage enquiries that have been made online (the system records the status of active leads; whether a lead has been serviced, who processed the lead and what the outcome was together with a date/time stamp). Finally, the system also allows the website to communicate with the clients Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system removing unnecessary data entry.
