Stored against each of the domain names or services is information such as:

- Purchase price
- Purchase date
- Renewal price
- Renewal date
- FTP web space account names and passwords
- POP3 email account names and passwords
- Any notes relevant to the service
In our business it is imperative that products and services are managed effectively and renewed on time. Failure to renew one of our clients domain names could result in them loosing thousands of of pounds of business and worst still could result in the domain name being release to the general public for purchase. Our system monitors renewal dates and notifies us via email when a domain or service is 40 days, 20 days or 10 days from renewal. This gives us plenty of time to contact our client and determine whether they wish to renew their service.
