As part of our internal management systems we maintain a comprehensive database of domains, websites and email accounts that are under our control. Our domains system enables us to keep track of service renewals, security and billing information. Our system also has additional network programming components designed to keep track of DNS settings that the database reflects. For example, our system indicates to us that for a domain entry, if the DNS settings are in place for the domain and alerts us to any action that may be required to repair the problem. This form of DNS auditing automates the process of maintaining our large list of domains and ultimately maintains our high standard of customer service.
