ACT is one of the leading Customer Relationship Management systems and has over 4 million registered customers. ACT is used extensively by a number of our clients as a central directory for storing contact names, telephone numbers and addresses.
During the normal process of consulting with our clients we observed that as part of the process of acquiring and storing website enquiry form leads (or sales prospects), the procedure involved printing off a report from the website enquiry system and manually re-entering enquiry form data into the ACT system. This is exactly the type of administrative bottleneck that AIS look to remove. When questioned, our clients highlighted that due to the high volumes of enquiries / sales originating form their websites they were having to spend hours every week inputting data into their ACT installations.
As a result, we have developed a system that enables our clients to export website enquiry form data to a special file which at the click of a button, can import the new contact data directly into the ACT application, without having the administrative burden of having to enter the data manually.
